Very effective

I got these to try out and to have on hand in the house for use during the occasional antibiotic prescription. I have not been impressed. On the antibiotic front they were useless at preventing or reducing diarrhea and stomach discomfort. My $10 blend of 8 probiotic strains from the grocery store works much better. On the regular pooping side I didn't notice any difference. But it doesn't hurt to take probiotics to help keep your digestive flora healthy. I just can't recommend these, especially at this price. None of the strains in the blend are particularly rare or expensive. The use of ® or TM after each one should have clued me in. Using special trademarked names for strains makes it much, much harder for consumers to comparison shop between products.

I really like this product. It helps to keep my bowl movements regular as well as a tremendously help with acid reflux. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I purchased 3 bottles on June 11, 2024 for $14 and something each. Great deal, right! Well I am just noticing that the last 2 unopened bottles I have expired August 2024. Is this why I received this product at half price because they were soon to expire? My mother ordered some on 8/24/24 which do not expire until 04/2026. So, please check the expiration when you receive your bottle. None the less great product!
