I recently purchased this laptop, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Good basic day to day computer

Microsoft Outlook requires
Need a Microsoft Outlook account to sign in. Do not call any HP help line you find online. I got credit card frauded for calling a HP helpline I found through Google search.

Good option, can’t download some apps
So far it’s been a great option, it has supported almost all needed software for school. Took away one star because I couldn’t download Zoom.
