Just to described, good quality take intermittently, great value no side effects of taking every other day or so

I have been taking one capsule daily since May 2020 to stave off COVID upon advice of my brother, a science wiz who researches every single thing he puts into his body. Thought I might kill two birds with one stone because I have had infrequent but severe episodes of cold sores so big and deep that they took a permanent chunk out of my lip, even though I took acyclovir as directed at the first sign. Since I began taking this supplement, I have not gotten COVID, nor have I had any cold sores - but then, we masked up, sanitized, distanced and got vaccinated as soon as we could, so that might explain the lack of COVID; and I had really only had three episodes of cold sores over a period of about 10 years, so maybe it's just not "time" yet. I will not tempt fate by stopping it, just to see if I come down with either one. However, my husband is on his way back from a two-week family funeral gathering out of state, where a few people woke with sore throats and tested positive for COVID - one of them previously vaccinated. We will be cautious when he gets home, but this might provide the best "test" of BHT. Should I get sick, I guess I might be convinced that it didn't protect me. Should I NOT get sick - it still doesn't PROVE it did protect me, but I'll keep taking it anyway.

I haven’t been taking it long enough to know if this is going to work but I’m hopeful

I'm impressed. I've dealt with health issues for almost 50 years from a a vaccine injury at the age of 6. Things had really started going off the rails after menopause and the addition of the 'virus' that shalt remain unnamed. However, some significant issues are already clearing up, and I've only been taking this a week! I highly recommend for anyone who's ever been exposed to anything in a lipid coating.
