It's very noisy
Though fan is very good looks wise but it's very noisy compare to other fans in the same category

Very good Amazon customer service and very poor delivery
Product quality and delivery is poor . Even delivery people's didn't responded even they are near to our location,as we missed their call first time within a short time we contacted them back and ask them to come and they committed they will come ,but they did not and it's took 3 days. At least they suppose try once again .About product - Fan was working fine but remote was not sensing.The customer Amazon service was excellent and they initiate the replacement very fast.

Beautiful but with flaw
It's an awesome looking fan no doubt. Works well. The reason I reduced couple of stars is because of a design flaw. The two cups and a tube in between can be connected ONLY if the ceiling hook is outside the ceiling surface which unfortunately is not the case commonly. Otherwise you can only install the lower cup. The upper cup won't stand without the tube and thus these two parts end up being waste. I had to make do with upper cup from my old fan. Got it at deal price so overall value for money.

DO NOT BUY FOR FALSE CEILING...
The fan is amazing so is the design. Air spread quality not that great. Speed is good but it's not at all meant for false ceiling because of the canopy and the covers. installation is a little difficult than normal fans so be very careful when you buy this product
