For an extraction carpet cleaner in this price range you will only find one that is better and it is about $300 more and not as easy to use. For the money, this one is a better choice. The other one I mention has a feature that heats the water, and it comes with the attachment. This one you use hot water poured in. For easy of use, value, and great job you can't beat this model. It use to be in the rental market but no longer. Same machine. Buy a new one, not used, you'll get 700 cleanings before you need to service it. Cleans really well. I own 18 apartments and this is what I use.

I have 2 older dogs that we love, but have leaky bladders and sometimes worse. I am "into" cleaning (hence the OCD joke) and own a $450 Hoover unit. It simply wasn't getting the job done. Last year I was going to get myself a pro model ($3k+), but realized that is completely unreasonable unless I owned a carpet cleaning business. I did a ton of research. This unit is used for rentals and has affirmative feedback. Let me tell you...............! I received this bad boy today and unfortunately had to use 4 tanks on a very soiled large living room rug. Although I had cleaned it recently with my "high end" Hoover unit, the results were like night and day. You know that line you see after cleaning with good units? This one was pronounced, even having been cleaned previously. I kept the game going and cleaned another large room's carpet after this, again with superior results. I did watch several videos, read reviews and knew what I was doing, however, I will be investing in the pet grade 7 in 1 cleaner next time as well. I may mention that Hoover has some very nice fragrances to their Platinum cleaners that may also be considered (not a long bridge to cross Kent!). In summary, the best investment in years and I thank you for making this superior product available to consumers at this price.

After reading the reviews I purchased this to use at a large Vacation home/rental. Our average group is 12-16 people and the home is 100-120 days a year. It is a horrible analogy, but using this thing is kind of like poppy a pimple- both gross, but oddly satisfying. The dirt the machine extracts is amazing. I always find some gravel/sand as well as lots of dirty water when cleaning (the entry stairs take the brunt). I've even found a staple that was absolutely not visible or picked up with a good vacuum pre-cleaning. Make sure you get the upholstery wand set, they are great for stairs and of course upholstery. If you have lots of kiddos, guests, or a vacation home/rental don't hesitate to get this machine. Well built too!

I own a carpet cleaning company. I purchased this for walk off matt cleaning in large buildings, so its easy and portable. This works great and i also use in my home. Youtube has video repairs if needed like how to replace vac motor,etc. Also full parts list and where to buy the parts if needed. 2022 revived review: I have made a ton of money with little thing and I believe I bought it in 2017. No problems with it yet. Got another job with it tomorrow. The only CON is "it is loud for its size''.

I would not advise that this machine be used to clean stairs, because it would be too bulky in most cases. This machine does a visibly excellent job on old, worn carpets! When I used it on worn areas, the results were quite noticeable by others! Looking forward to using it again soon- worth the investment!

It's not going to work as well or as fast as a large commercial heated extractor, but they cost multiple times what this unit costs. Based on my experiences with a rug doctor of similar design, this works much better, and seems worth the extra cost. Is drastically better than the smaller units meant for home use. So far it has been worth every penny and restores dirtied carpets in the apartment complex very well.

Bought this cleaner for my carpet cleaning business. It set up very easily and works great. I have used it for general cleaning and for stain removal and it wkrks great. Cleans everything, gets stains out and dries quickly. I will be posting reviews of this company’s cleaning solutions and attachments soon so check for those but this thing really is awesome!
