When I first bought this product I bought it on wim just at the chance in might work and let me tell you. IT DOES. FOR HOOUUURRSS. I have severe cramping and took the majority of the pain away, it worked amazing. It lasted almost 12 hours, the last few hours it wasn’t as hot because it was cooling off but that’s expected. Hi only just got them to day and am really pleased with them I used for my upper tummy as I got gastro problems and found heat was very good for the pain so was looking for some pads so I did not have to carry hot water bottle made up They don’t go on the skin & I like that so just I ordered other box and I put it on a 11 clock only just removed it As am going to bed and it was still warm. Definitely would recommend this product.

They work as intended. In my opinion, they are not worth the price when similar products are cheaper and do the same thing. I found with these, they don't stick for a full 8 hours. Cute packaging.

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!
