Actually bought these for riding because I have stubborn horses. I set out to find the cheapest sturdiest spurs. Then I found these jinglybobs and thought it would be funny to irritate my kids too because they’re stubborn as well. Well it worked for both the horses and the kids. I tell the kids I’m going to wear them to the store if they don’t act right. These spurs make so much noise, it will make you laugh too. That said you can remove the extra jingles from the spurs, it’s attached on a key ring. I quickly took mine off because there’s no way that I would walk in public. Well guess what, the spur itself makes a little jingle too. Actually like the sound of it. Kinda sounds like the old westerns movies. The spur buy itself sounds distinctive not overwhelming with the jingles. Besides all the noise it’s a really well built solid sturdy spur, not really cheap made. They fit real tight on the size 12 mens roper boot. Would not recommend them for any size 12 or bigger.

Very cute but was looking for something a little lighter.

Von der Qualität war ich echt erstaunt. Sie machen einen stabilen eindruck und haben ein gutes gewicht. Die 2 Blei Teile (weiss nicht wie die heissen) an den Rädchen sind aber sehr laut und geben ein richtiges western gefühl

Now THESE bad boys can jingle. They're the second set I bought online after the first set gave a disappointing sound - these ones ring out perfectly, adding that trademark jingle to your rootin' tootin' outfit. I wanted these for my Arthur Morgan cosplay and they absolutely complete the look. Another reviewer said the actually found them TOO jingly, and I can see some situations where it might be too much - you can either silence the jinglebobs (the little attachments) with a tiny piece of fabric, or just by taping them together, and you still get a great ring out of the wheel spur. OR you can do the same thing to the wheel spur and listen to the slightly different tone of the jingle bobs. Both are great, both slightly different. Mad to think there are 3 ways you can enjoy these! Note that you will need spur straps to attach them to your boots. -------- Cool fact: one of the sound designers came up with the idea of adding a spur jingle to The Empire Strikes Back every time Boba Fett takes a step, Clint (Clink) Eastwood style, and that small detail added so much to an already cool character. With these, you can enjoy that effect for yourself.

Strong, beautiful, install on boots easily, and has the jingle I need for the costume. I am waiting for the straps which I hope are as goodas this product. I definitely recommend this product.
