I store it in the refrigerator for half a day, and when it's slightly thawed, I cut it into single-use portions, wrap it in foil, place it in an airtight container, and freeze it. Storing it this way makes it much easier and more convenient to separate the butter for later use than storing it in chunks, which is both hygienic and safe. I was curious about the AA mark on the packaging, so I looked it up and found out it's Grade AA, the highest grade from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). This was my first time buying and using Grassland butter. I've actually tried many brands of butter, but this one definitely felt different from others.
