I own 2 pairs of the Zensah shin/arm sleeve compressions. And as a trainer, to this day nothing else I've purchased or used does more to impact my recovery than those. After 3 knee surgeries, I have quite the closet of knee support. When I'm working out, my preference has always been neoprene sleeves used in crossfit. None of those fabric or copper junk. Recently I sprained my knee and needed support. The neoprene sleeves were good, but thick and bulky and didn't quite provide that 2nd skin feel I was looking for. All the fabric sleeves I had again were junk. I needed compression support. I owned the DFND USA compression sleeves but those were horrible. Too loose around my knee joint, and too tight around my thigh and calves. So I've been doubling up etc trying to get that compression feel. Then it hit me, I've always loved the compression on my Zensah sleeves. I wonder if they make knee compression? 24 hours later and this thing is on my knee. I refuse to take it off. Built with so much thought and science that its leaps above the DFNDs I own. As I've been rehabing my sprained knee, this is exactly the compression and support I've been looking for. Plus the thigh slip resistance is perfect! I highly recommend these for knee recovery! Good compression! Exactly what I needed. I'm still working out with my 5mm & 7mm sleeves and an occasional floss band, but for recovery I don't think anything comes close. I'm a firm believer in compression for recovery and these fit the bill!

Prior to 2024 I’d probably bought the knee sleeves several times. Xmas 2024 I rec’d 3 as a gift. Tried the first one, it did not stay up during pickleball. Thought it was a one-off, so tried the 2d one -same thing ! Then the third - same thing. Studied the top “sticky” part and it is TOTALLY different in shape and size from my previous ones. I wrote to Zensah before returning because I wanted them to know; I wondered if they’d return to their more successful product. I received NO REPLY at ALL ! Had to reluctantly return all 3. All the GOOD reviews are for the old product. BEWARE. First pic is new style adhesive dots. 2d pic is their old reliable style

I started using their elbow sleeve for my tennis elbow years ago and it was never too tight or loose, just right. I could wear it all day without feeling numb or having deep marks in my skin. The knee brace is also nice BUT it does not stay in place while walking long distances (1+ miles). It started to shift down, the up. Eventually I just took it off. If you are at home and your knee hurts coz of whatever reason, it’s perfect. But I dont think hou can run in this and not slip down or creep up. Apart from that, for once, the silicone they used to hold up the sleeve did not leave me with a bad itchy rash like all the other products here on Amazon I have bought. So that was nice. That’s just my experience with this knee compression sleeve.

I had knee surgery one year ago and have been wearing kneed sleeves several times a week when i lift or run. These are without a doubt the best I have found, and by a large margin. I have used about three or four other brands. These are also the most expensive, but they do make a big difference in support. I also have a Zensah full leg sleeve, which is the same top-notch quality. I also have many brands of calf sleeves, and of those, only the CEP brand attains the level of support and quality and comfort as the Zensahs.
