This is definitely my go to spice for just about anything. It honestly goes great on so many items and adds just the right flavor. It has become a staple in my kitchen and can’t go on without it. The flavor is not overbearing, just a nice hint of spice. Its not overly salty either, I still add a dash of Himalayan salt afterwards to some of my dishes.

Love this spice. I mostly use it on salmon and bottom fish like seabass and cod. Works really well or fish tacos. It also works great on other types of food. If your looking for fire from your spice this isn't the item. The combination of heat and flavor is just right for me. Third purchase of this item I've made.

Love it. My blackened salmon came out perfectly. Doesn’t have any salt so you’ll need to salt your dish as desired before using, but I can confirm that this is excellent for blackening just about anything you’d like. Decent heat level, flavorful, and balanced well. Exactly what I was looking for in a blackened seasoning. Just give your meat a nice coating and cook as you normally would. Couldn’t be easier. 10/10 would buy again!
