Hooks up nicely to tree in my back yard. Great for Pullups, dips, rows etc. They are easily adjustable and hold my weight no problem (180lbs).

I use them on my dip bars for floor pull ups

I haven’t used these for anything unusual but I’ve already broken one of the metal clasps. I’m about 200 pounds and while I was doing a pull up, part of the metal tab that holds the strap in place broke and shot across the room. I’ve also had difficulty getting the clasps to grip without letting out strap. Poor quality product IMO.
