Great generator — powerful and easy to use!
I’m really happy with this generator! It’s solid, well-built, and has plenty of power to handle everything I need during outages. The dual fuel option is super convenient — I can switch between gas and propane depending on what’s available. It starts up quickly every time, and the remote start is a nice bonus. It’s also quieter than I expected for its size, which is a big plus. Overall, a great purchase — reliable, efficient, and worth the price!

Outstanding.
Quiet. Hooked up the battery per instructions and fired right up. Have run 3 times so far and no issues. Runs my furnace in ECO mode at less than 25% load. Great deal.

Quiet, powerful, easy to start, and I avoid having to mess with gasoline.
For 25 years, I have used a gas generator for back-up power but it was noisy and messing with gas can be unpleasant. Gas has to be stored and it tends to get on things. The Gidrox tri fuel generator is amazing. Setup involved connecting the battery cable to the engine cable and putting oil in the engine. A convenient funnel came in the box. I then connected a propane tank to the generator using the snap on hose that came in the box and pressed the remote start key and the generator fired up. It was quiet and I had no gas mess to deal with. I plan to connect the generator to my natural gas line so I will have unlimited fuel with no mess. The price for 11,000 watts of starting power is very reasonable (8910 with natural gas). I will be able to power most of my house with it. It also comes ready for use with an automatic transfer switch. I am impressed.

Some great, some ok, and some meh.
It was packaged really well and everything was higher quality than expected. It's basically ready to go out of the box. Add oil, connect battery, add fuel and let her rip. The owners manual is ok. It does a lot of things well and is lacking in other spots. It mentions carburator and choke but I can't find the choke.... Also doesn't say the required BTU to run at 100 percent on natural gas. But then gives you other things like torque specs on spark plugs and other things. I haven't lost power yet to give it a test but so far quality is good. A few things I would have liked to see is a longer oil drain hose and a cut out for the drain in the frame or a plug access door. ( like the genmax has). I would also like the battery tender charger included, it has a dc port to charge the battery but there isn't any information on what size of barrel or charger you need. I assume it's the same one that comes with genmax interver of the same size but they don't mention the charger specs either. I tried to buy a genmax charger but it is out of stock and not available ( and probably won't ever be available). Another con is the website. I like having a digital copy of the owners manual on my phone so I can quick reference it and they don't have one. The website is poor and basically says if you sign up for the warranty they are you to sell your information. Another con is the 3/4 inch quick disconnect on the generator. I feel like 1/2 is more common and most other generators this size can run on 1/2 inch NG lines. Now I have to upgrade my gas line and add a new quick connect. Will update in the spring after spring storms inevitably force me to use it.

Powerful, quiet but heavy.
So far, so good. I'm a 70 yo female and was barely able to move the shipping box 8 ft into the garage. I opened the top of the shipping box. Removed everything I could. Then cut the box open on a narrow side and was able to roll the generator out of the box. I was glad all 4 wheels were in place. I followed the instructions to set it up. Hooked it to propane and ran it for 3 hrs without any problems. I love the power. We hooked up 2 refrigerators, a portable a/c unit and several smaller items. It's very quiet and was about 15 foot from the house. It's very heavy but I can move it easily on flat surfaces. I find it's easiest to turn by lifting the front wheels up. Wish the front wheels turned. Two wheels do lock. The electric start is a dream. Now I want to get a automatic transfer switch. I'm sure this generator will run the whole house. I love it can use gasoline, propane and natural gas.

A Great and Powerful Whole house generator!
I bought this unit to use as a whole house generator as I have natural gas service. This is an awesome and powerful generator and I love that it’s quiet, an inverter, and tri fuel. It can run on natural gas, propane, or gasoline. The wheels are actually rubber and the generator is a really solid unit. It has electric start, remote start, and a pull cord ( the pull cord is behind the panel as it’s not really needed with the electric start). It also comes with a cover, propane regulator, oil, natural gas hose, and plugs. I have about 29 hours on the unit so far and am having an electrician install a 50amp interlock on my panel so I can use this to power the WHOLE house. If you’re considering this, BUY IT! I’m super happy with it and recommend it! I watched some great reviews of it on YouTube as well!
