This very unique, creamy honey is a truly wonderful blend. 100% raw, it is the honey that comes directly from the honeycomb without heating, without pasteurization or any kind of processing. It is then blended with freshly ground peanuts from local producers. It is great as a peanut butter alternative and contains a good amount of protein. This raw honey comes from blossoms of scented Mediterranean flora such as Myrophora (wild Cyprus lavender), spatzia (sage), lapsana (rapeseed) and orange blossom.
