This is a great kit. It feels durable, it’s really helpful, the finger stretcher is a little small, but everything else works great. Everything fits great in the carry bag. I love the adjustable resistance. Good price. I would highly recommend.

I work at a computer all the time, and after years of daily mouse use, my wrist started to hurt constantly. Surgery didn’t sound like a fun option (understatement), so I went looking for alternatives and found this grip strengthener. After about 2 months of regular use, doing short exercises whenever I had free time, the pain in my wrist is basically gone. The adjustability is great, so you can start light and increase resistance gradually. It’s compact, quiet (no annoying clicking), and actually effective for building grip strength while also giving some stress relief — which is a bonus after long workdays. Simple, affordable, and surprisingly powerful. I honestly didn’t expect such a noticeable result, but here we are — highly recommend.

I ordered this bag of hand exercises around a month ago and I have been absolutely loving them. What I love most is the quality of all the pieces, everything is well made. I also appreciate the adjustability, no matter how strong your grip is I'm sure you will find this challenging. The size of everything is excellent, and all the pieces fit perfectly in a small travel bag. I have been using these items serval times a week and I already notice an improvement in my hand strength its very effective. I'm sure you will be just as impressed as I am.

Much more intense than I thought it would be! Quality is good, nothing has broke so far. The little finger grip is lowkey not the greatest quality, but it works and that’s what is important. It’s a little large for my hands, but it’s not unbearable. None of these really adjust except for the trigger grip. I figured as much but if you get to the max on everything it’ll be pretty annoying and won’t work. Everything is silent so you can use these while at your office, in school, or elsewhere.

We bought this for our son for Christmas. He loved it, it was exactly as described, and it was effective and durable. it was easy to adjust, and the size was perfect to throw in his gym bag and he says it is great for his grip strength.

I absolutely love my strengthener kit! Great quality with a nice price. The ball is so comfortable but firm. I start using the ball it came with and I noticed a huge difference in the strength of my fingers a wrist immediately. I have been needing a easy tool I can use to gain more strength in my fingers and hands overall, and this tool is EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE!!! :-) Its not a difficult tool to add to your arsenal. The handle fits perfectly in hand and the tension control makes it very to adjust the resistance.

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
