was recommended this by the daughter of my oldest friend who was staying with me - both live in the US. Value her opinions so ordered one but admit I was sceptical. It is brilliant. Thought I'd lost it travelling recently and immediately thought I'd have to buy another so was overjoyed when I found it. It works. How I don't know but wet soap stored is dry for the next use and never slimy. Good bye traditional soap boxes. Definitely recommend.

Excellent. Works very very well. Thought price was steep originally but after using worth every penny. Not often you can say that these days with amount of tat online.

I bought this to store a soap bar when travelling. Here’s my thoughts after a few months of use: Appearance - The pouch is lightweight and can hold a standard soap bar (eg 100g). The hexagonal pattern is eye-catching and functional. There is a buckle at the top to close the bag in a roll-top fashion. I like that it’s not transparent, so you could also use it to store other things that need to be kept dry. (Amazon have asked me to rate its sheerness/transparency, but this product doesn’t need it!). Function - The pouch is easy to close, just roll the top a few times and secure the buckle. It air dries relatively quickly, but it’s still wiser to let your soap bar dry before storage if possible. There’s no space to write a label, unlike with the liquid pouches from this brand. So if you’re travelling with multiple bars, you might struggle to tell which pouch holds which bar. My other major gripe with this pouch is that it doesn’t have a good mechanism to elevate it off the ground or wet/mucky surfaces. The buckle can be secured around a pole but that’s not always an option. I retrofitted a carabiner and suction cup to mine for wall-hanging. Durability - The pouch hasn’t suffered any damage after months of use. It might rip from the side seams but you’d have to be handling it awkwardly to do this. Comparison - Unfortunately, there is another brand that offers a very similar pouch with a suction cup, an (unintentional) label slot and better value for money. Overall - I did like this pouch until I found the one from the other brand. I would buy this again if I really needed to, but the alternative option is better value for money.

Bought to store a soap bar during a longer trip. As long as the soap is not absolutely soaked, it will slowly dry and leave a nice scent in your toiletry bag. Pros: -Looks good -Does what it promises as long as soap not soaking wet. -Can also store other small bits if not using for soap. -Feels quality. Cons: -Expensive, even if a hypothetical one-off cost -If you don't like black, you're out of luck (but it's the same with every Matador product).

This has worked perfectly for more than a year. It doesn't leak, yet the soap will dry out while inside. It is perfect for travel (the stated purpose), especially as so many hotels do not have solid soap bars (and I don't like using liquid soap).

It really does work! I always had the problem of the soap bar going soggy and soft as it sits in moisture, but this bag allows all the moisture to escape which saves your soap bar. I've had mine for years now and it's still going strong.

I don’t know how these work so well but wet soap can be put inside them and it miraculously dries whilst in the pouch. So handy when travelling to be able to put the pouch in your wash bag

Expensive for what it is a very simple tiny roll top bag. But the material quality is obviously just right and it works exactly as advertised. Pop a damp bar of soap inside and almost magically it dried out without evidently anything else on my wash bag getting wet! I love it.
