Q: Is there a customer who bought this product that can actually say they lost weight

Yes! I did. I am post menopaused and I noticed that the cravings and appetite were greatly reduced with this product. It is not a weight loss product but when our gut is balanced the cravings cease. I also experienced no more acid reflux, higher energy, clearer mind, no more foggy brain. and reduced inflammation. I have been using this since July 2021 and have lost 30 -40 lbs without trying or extreme effort or special/new exercise routines. I have greater energy so I move more and no more midafternoon slump. I also stopped experiencing hot flashes as a reaction to certain foods consumed. The weight lost was belly fat I noticed that after about 2-3 months. If you are thinking of trying it out give yourself about 3 months to decide. For me this is the best product I have ever used to maintain gut health.

Q: Is there any estrogen in this?

There is no estrogen. ( and I’m a pharmacist) 😜 I have only been taking for a few weeks and I do have more energy and less hot flashes. I also have not had the weird dry mouth that some of the herbal supplements cause.

Q: Has anyone actually lost weight?

Yes, but you have to continuously take for a minimum of 6 months to start noticing the weight loss. I lost 30 lbs after finding out I was post menopausal at 46 - I started taking this and it was the only thing I added - no special diet - still eat what I love. Have leveled out after 9 months and haven’t gained anything back.

Q: Do your products have an expiry date? How long can they be stored?

The shelf-life of our supplements normally lasts for as long as 2 years. But check the bottom of the bottom for a date.
