I bought this to cover a glass door to my chicken coop that I have dubbed "Chicken Chapel", haha. When I first pulled the roll out of the tube I thought this was going to look so fake and stupid. But to my surprise it ended up looking great. This is exactly the vibe I was going for! It looks the best when sunlight is showing through it. I took these photos nearing dusk and the light is barely showing, but where it does, it sparkles and looks very much like stained glass. I'm happy with my purchase. You must get the window wet for application. Go ahead and put it on with the excess on all sides. Smooth out the bubbles going from center outwards. Then use the included flat smoother thing to run an exacto-knife down the sides of the glass along the edges to remove the excess. After that go back and smooth from the center out again. It was fairly easy to do. Take your time so you don't accidently cut what you shouldn't.

The white shimmers in the sun, the color looks painted like watercolor. Keeps the dog from barking at passersby.

Very disappointed with this product. We were hoping to create a stain glass effect on a pantry door. What we got was a milky plastic film that can only be applied to the outside of the door - it is made with a sparkly semi-rough coating that may be (with very bright lights) good from far , but it’s far from good. Not sure what you would use this stuff for? Garage door liner? It will soon be a garbage bin liner.

The vinyl is quite thick, which means there was no risk of it tearing when I put it up. Very easy to put up and get just right. Trimming it was easy with a sharp knife/ scissors.

I bought it to test it actually. The price is so low so I didn’t know what to expect. But I am positively surprised. The only thing is, because it comes in a rolled package, the end of the products doesn’t want to stick and keep rolling upwards. I have fixed it temporarily with a stripe of tesa in the bottom and hope it will stay when I remove it. Therefore 4 stars. Now we will see how long it will hold up for
