I’ve been using these earplugs for the past 6 months, and they are a must have for long bike rides. I completed a 2000 km trip using them, and they were extremely comfortable throughout. They are soft on the ears and did not hurt at all. The material feels high quality, fits perfectly in the ears, and works great as a disposable use and throw option. Highly recommended for riders who spend long hours on the road.

I ordered this along with ear muffs to block out construction noises and this works so well that this alone might be sufficient. Blocks about 60% of the sound when worn properly, you can still hear muffled sounds but it's not as intense. Make sure to watch tutorials on how to wear it properly, you need to squish them between your fingers so it can be inserted all the way into your ear canal and then hold them in place to let them expand properly. Only con is that i wish i had ordered the uncorded version as the sound of cords moving around gets amplified due to proximity.
