This is the perfect ball for trigger point release. The hardness is good, the slightly rough texture doesn't hurt the skin but helps with gripping the skin so it doesn't slip while moving the trigger point. Very good, cost-effective product for those with myofascial pain.

I thought it will not be that hard but it is quite hard. Yet it really massages the tissues well. I purchased it to massage my shoulder blades as i have knots issue and this really helped.

It is impossible to use as it is too hard. Even if good quality, it is of no use. I have kept it, however, thinking it might be useful for my grandkid to play with it. For exercise, it is of no use. It's just a hard hard plastic ball, useless.

I expected it would be softer. I have no experience in such things, this was the first of its type I bought. It's going to last a long time. It feels like it's made of rubber, but it's absolutely stiff. There's no flex.

First time I picked up a massage ball, now I'm wondering why I didn't buy it earlier. Super sturdy and really heavy - was a bit surprised with the weight. I used to use a tennis ball earlier and this is at least 3x the weight of a tennis ball (though approx the same size)
