ordered this product from Amazon. Overall, it's good, but there's one issue — the back stand could have been slightly longer and stronger, which would have improved its stability when leaning back. Still, it's decent and works fine.

Bad return process/experience
The product build is fine but could not support the patient from sliding to the sides. But the bigger problem is refund. Within 3 days of delivery I applied for refund. It said return process was initiated around 10 April, thereafter no change in status at all. On May 5 I contacted Amazon customer care who asked me to cancel the previous request and make new request for return. As soon as I cancelled my old stalled return request, the platform did not allow me to make new request, saying the date is over. This is something I don't expect from Amazon, being it's regular customer. Now the product is just lying waste with me. Does Amazon not care about customers after sales??
