I genuinely love this jacket. It has a very expensive look and feel the moment you put it on, and it looks even better in person than online. Material & quality: The faux fur is clearly not real, but it is extremely soft, plush, and high quality. The inner lining is excellent—thick, smooth, and very well made. This jacket feels substantial without being stiff or uncomfortable. You can tell it was designed for actual warmth, not just appearance. Warmth & wear: This coat is very warm. I’ve worn it with thermal tights (as shown in the photo), and I was completely comfortable—no cold spots, no need to layer excessively. If you’re worried about warmth, you’ll be more than fine in this. Pockets: Yes—real, functional pockets, and they’re generously sized. They actually keep your hands warm and don’t feel flimsy or decorative. Fur notes: On the cuffs where my hands rest, I noticed a small amount of fur pulling, similar to how pet hair can loosen slightly. I haven’t experienced true shedding. The only time I noticed anything was on a white scarf, and even then it was minimal. Packaging note: I recommend letting the jacket air out and hang for a bit after opening. I didn’t notice a strong odor, but there is a slight “fresh from packaging” feel, and you’ll see fold lines at first. After hanging, the lines relaxed nicely. Sizing (important): I strongly disagree with the brand’s recommendation to size up. I normally wear a large (I’m about 5’5”, 150–160 lbs). The large works, but I honestly think I should have sized down to a medium. If I had gone up to an XL as suggested, it would have been way too big. Because of Amazon’s current return/exchange process, I decided to keep this one rather than risk issues with returns. To make it work, I style it by bunching and pulling the fabric slightly in the back, which creates a more fitted, flattering silhouette. That said, if you want a tailored look right out of the box, size down. Overall: Beautiful jacket, excellent materials, very warm, soft faux fur, functional pockets, and a truly luxe look. I would absolutely purchase again—just one size smaller next time.

This coat is so pretty and it has character! It kind of reminds me of Cindy Lou-Who’s skirt in The Grinch (bell-shaped.) the fit is great and it feels soft and cozy. I almost always have to return clothing I buy off of Amazon, but this was a real winner.

Cute, I sized up and it fit perfectly! It’s super warm and cozy but also fashionable, I got lots of compliments! The suede material is great, no sensory issues. I love the black, really classy feel! There was mild fuzzy shedding when I opened the package, but no additional shedding since taking it out!

AMAZING coat/jacket! I was looking to buy a warm coat that I can wear to work. I was looking for something nicer to go with work dresses, and not just a casual jacket. This coat is very well made. Looks high end and it gives you this sophisticated and classy look. Definitely worth the money! For reference, I am 5ft 5in, and I weigh between 135-139. Based on reviews, I was going to buy medium. But I decided to go with small instead. And I’m glad I did! Small fits me just right, AND I still have plenty of room for a wool sweater to wear under. Medium would have been too baggy!

The fur is very plush and it’s true to size. I adore the hood, this is such a great take on warm and sexy.
