Decent base for concealer, but does not improve anything
Maybe if you’ve got very minor issues around your eyes this would work, but otherwise it doesn’t. I’m 69, have puffiness and dark circles from both heredity and allergy. After using every morning and evening for a few weeks, I have seen no improvement at all in how my eyes look. It is a decent base for concealer, but they can be attained with other productsat a fraction of the price this product costs.
