The lock is not trustworthy.Very risky to lock from outside when nobody is at home. There is no guarantee that it will open.

Overall nice experience
Nice product and excellent support team for fixing. Called up Godrej Lock’s Customer care and booked for assembly. Done within 24 hours. Only ₹100/- charged as convinience fees

Good antique finish
Only issue we had with this product is the lock from inside is loose and we used a rubber band to stop it from locking..otherwise we may lock ourselves out in case the door closes when we step out for a moment without a key....they had to make this part sturdy..Godrej customer service was good and their technician came home and installed it once we called them after the product delivery. Other that that the lock is good.
