Samsung microwaves are a good buy
Samsung microwave ovens are good. The package was received well, a person coordinated and explained the use in detail. There are improved versions in market but this one is also easy to use and performs all functions

Pathetic quality of tray
In less than 3 months, the tray cracked up while making microwave popcorn... my last microwave tray survived for 15 years without a crack. There's no warranty on glass parts but No accountability for quality control either. Without the tray, the microwave is piece of junk. Completely let down by Samsung... I wouldn't mind if they had charged me for a quality product.... but this is ridiculous

Received proper model
It is Samsung model, so nothing to write. Only thing I can state is that I got what I ordered, in timely manner and without any damage. While Amazon stated that there is no demo required for the product, I got visit from Samsung also who demonstrated the functioning of Microwave.

Good quality but more money for standard value.
Easy to use.. but takes lot of time to bake, and browning is not as per standards. And is costing too much of electricity bill, if consumption is one hour per week also.

Excellent microwave, beautiful interior
Since this is a Samsung brand I trust the quality, as I am using other products by them. However I did not receive an invoice from the seller, either in or attached to the box, or on email. I need that for the guarantee. The Samsung rep has also noted this. I am also disappointed at the poor quality of the paper of the instruction/recipe booklet! Not the Korea I know! However other packaging was very good, & the microwave is easy to use.Please get me the invoice from the seller. Thank you
