Could not survive without these, have been taking them for a few years now. I kept getting really painful indigestion and the GP put me on PPI's which didn't really help, these are acid suppresses. With research I found that my problem could be the opposite, I didn't have enough stomach acid to digest my food properly, so I saw an alternative doctor who recommended these, and I haven't looked back since, great product

Hard to tell with something like this whether it's helping with anything but I'll assume it is and I'm sure it can't do any harm. I toook one star off beause of the inconvenience of dosing. It says take with food immediately before eating and 2 hours before or 2 hours after other meds but if you have other meds that need to be taken with food there's a conflict there.

These vitamins have helped my husband tremendously! He had to have his gallbladder removed and these have helped get his digestion back to normal and able to eat the foods he loves.
