Always great. Love this product. It is great quality, still packaged in a glass bottle, no after taste & great. It is a little more than other brands but it is made in the USA & always great.

I have taken two a day for a couple of years now, at the recommendation of my cardiologist (he didn’t recommend Wiley’s specifically, but did recommend an omega 3 supplement). They never have made me burp or have fishy breath. The pills are sometimes cloudy, which I’d prefer they not be, but I still feel these are high quality. As for pain relief, I don’t take them for that, and I’ve taken them a long time. So, it’s hard to say if they help with that (though I occasionally have pain).

My 11 year old son has genetically high cholesterol. When he was 5, his cholesterol was at 226. I was able to get it down to 170 with a vegan diet, but since he has gotten older, it's been harder to get him to eat completely vegan. I have would say he eats 50/50 vegan and his cholesterol was back up to 220. I did some research and wanted to find the best combination of plant sterols and fish oil. In less than 60 days and taken with a combination of these pills and b complex vitamins, his cholesterol is down to 185. They really do work.
