I had seen a few videos on growing microgreens but lacked specific details, I found most of the answers to my questions in this book and I love that it goes into detail for most microgreen seeds.

War deshalb auf der Suche nach einer vernünftigen Anleitung, von der man ausgehen kann, um eigene Lösungen zu entwickeln. Das Buch von Mark Braunstein finde ich in dieser Hinsicht sehr hilfreich, da es nicht nur eine Einführung ins Thema für Hobby-Gärtner darstellt, sondern sehr konkrete Angaben zu einzelnen Sorten.
