Finally my search is over. Trying to find a cast Iron pan to fit my small kamado charcoal grill has been a year long task. This is not the brand I wanted nor is it the highest quality/grade Cast Iron but I’m so happy to have found it. The size is perfect for my needs. This pan is 9’’ and my grill cooking area is 9.8 After the first use, it was easy to clean and looked great but the 2nd time I used it, it became charred and impossible to completely clean. I’ve used cast iron for years and never had this issue but it’s still useable and I don’t regret my purchase. Marinated mushroom protein topped with garlic, Pico de Gallo and grilled onions…..sooo yummy.

My husband love his steak in cast iron anything and since I've gotten this, he has been a steak and egg chef. He loves how quickly and well it cooks. He can cook his steak and eat it on the same dish. The cast iron has a good weight to it. My husband treated it and after 3 months, it still looks good and perform the same. The wood base is a good protection for our table. I also like that the pieces can be used separately. Easy to clean and store. My hubby loves it
