I've gone through 2 bottles of this. It's the best value and I switched over when another company and brand I was purchasing, raised prices. On the 2nd bottle I'm down to the bottom of it. This bottle seems to have not mixed as well or something. Because at the bottom it's thick like half way between regular coconut oil and MCT oil. Mct oil has always been clear and this one is thick and white. I didn't have that with the first bottle.

Good stuff, no flavor at all really, a little mouth feel, my whole family just drinks it’s straight with no complaints! It definitely works, it was subtle at first for me, my wife noticed straight away it made her want to clean and work out! Score Does the same to me, I noticed a pretty big weight lose, fat lose, I was trying to gain muscle, and I gained some, but just from regular daily lifting I slimmed down 4” in 6 weeks while using less than recommend. I got the big bottle so I’m drinking up! I got no more fat to lose so I guess I’ll get cut, Gotta eat to bulk up. I’m not keto at all but only eat fir a few hours a day, it’s not ideal, extreme intermittent fasting, but it works with or with out either lifestyle. I think it’s just good stuff! It is also very slippery! Careful if you spill it on the floor, don’t slip. But... it also doesn’t really stain, and cleans up with towels and water... and it’s very slick, tastes ok, doesn’t dry up... seems like lots of uses I can think of... ahem

Purchased initially as a trial to save $ on high cost MCT oil. Product is high in C6 and C8 and was comparable in every way to the higher priced product I had previously been using. Could not distinguish between this product and my previous more expensive brand, Thank you Amazon for making this available. Prior reviews complained about the seal on the packaging which had some validity. This package arrived with comparable packaging but now it was also sealed in an external heavy duty plastic bag. With the high cost of everything KETO, this is a tremendous value especially if your are a senior on a limited budget dealing with virtually no income from your savings account. Highly recommend.

This is a great deal, and the quality stands up under microscopic review. The only problem is a very, very strong coconut taste. As such, if you're going for something light, you might want to spend more on a refined oil.

I use it in my Keto coffee every morning. Adds richness and I swear it helps me stay in Ketosis even when I do cheat. I put it to the test. I got off of Keto entirely for like a month, but continued my coffees with this MCT oil and my test strips are still dark purple...and I have not gained anything back. Good quality product! Will be buying again shortly.

Okay so I must say I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this product because it is a huge amount for the price but, decided I would give it a try anyway since the reviews were good. I try not to give a review right away because I like to actually try the product and see if it works. Some products I have noticed will start good then they tend to get worse or you notice little things....NOT THIS PRODUCT! I went from purchasing a much higher priced product and I must say this product definetly is worth the try. It blends good with everything! I put it in my coffee, smoothies, teas, foods, etc. and noticed it mixes very well. I am toward the end of the bottle and I love this product and about to reorder I am so glad I found it and I tell everyone to at least give it a try because you will not be dissapointed!

If this is really coconut-based MCT oil ( I believe it is, but how can one know for sure!), then this is a great value! If it is partially palm oil MCT, then it's still a pretty good value. For those who are concerned about the packaging when it arrives, I believe the tape is a food-quality tape (not electrician's tape) and the seal glue under the lid becomes unsealed due to all of the angles and jostling of shipping. (That's why they also put the tape on.) I have been making my bulletproof coffees with it for the past few mornings and I can definitely feel an extra keto-energy burst, so in my opinion, this is good stuff.

Although this is truly an excellent product and I highly recommend it, the coconut was too strong, it changed my product's flavor slightly and it was noticeable to our customers, so I had to revert back to the other brand we use. Not at all disappointed in the product, just disappointed we're not able to use it in our business.
