i bell Drill is good enough in budget.
This is a Hammer+Drill Machine with Reverse Mode. Build quality is very good. Very effective in concrete , masonry work & also wood works. Drill Bitt quality is not upto the mark. Looks is very good. Torque is enough.

Drilling machine is good but bits are of poor quality
This is the affordable option of you are looking for drilling machine for home use only for small work. But bits are not good. Especially the cement/concrete bits are waste. I tried to drill a hole in the wall (not on column or pillar) and it bent. Also the bit sizes are bigger which may not be useful for home use for small nails etc. I think it's good to prefer bits of different sizes from good brands
