Fantastically Great Women Who Changed the World is my son's favorite book! He’s read it multiple times, and it has been a great influence on him. The stories of strong, inspiring women are presented in a way that's both engaging and educational. Highly recommend for young readers!

Inspiring stories which makes it a must buy book for your daughters. My kids just love reading the inspirational stories in it.

In spite of being a woman, I can honestly say I didn't know about many women mentioned in the book. Could also attribute it to the fact that women who have achieved something are not widely known because men and their achievements are more glorified. But for a society to be advanced, children need to understand what women have also achieved to help them understand and respect women. Also for female children to aspire to break gender stereotypes and shown a precedent. This book targets children but grown ups would also appreciate the pictorial book as we are at least made aware of the women who have made a mark on the world. The rest one can always read up further on the women based on interest. To be clear, the information on the women is very less. So I assume the target audience is 3 - 6 years old.

It's a very good book to tell the kids about the contribution of women to the history of this world, but I would have loved it more if it included Indian women too

Really well illustrated book. also doesn't talk about just the popular women in history, but draws some unsung heroines, from various walks of life. I bought it was my 4 year old son. He lives it. Great papet quality, good print

A beautiful book to read and know that there were women out there who were much brave and intelligent than their generation. I got this for my 6 yr old and it is our favorite now particularly my dd loves reading about coco Chanel.

Interesting, colorful book. We enjoy reading it with my son. And he even reads it on his own, because the book is so well illustrated - short paragraphs, interesting stories, beautiful illustrations.

Great book

Buscaba un libro que hablase de mujeres importantes en la historia para una niña de 6 años. No encontré ninguno que me gustase en castellano o catalán. Este es quizás un poco avanzado para la edad que he mencionado pero con ayuda de un adulto leyendo y explicando los conceptos que no se entiendan, es perfecto. Yo lo usaré también en clase de inglés con mis alumnos de 11 a 13 años aunque no lo compré con esta intención. Abarca diferentes ámbitos a lo largo de la historia, las ilustraciones son preciosas y coloridas, muy dulces. El libro presenta 13 mujeres muy diferentes que cambiaron la historia. Empieza con Jane Austin, sigue con Gertrude Ederle, Mary Anning o Agent Fifi (entre otras) y acaba con la popular Anne Frank. Incluye una Galeria de Grandeza al final con retratos (dibujados) de las protagonistas con frases motivadoras: you know the way...., Never give up!, Never stop dreaming!, Stand up for what you believe.... Finalmente, la última página del libro es un pequeño glosario con palabras como Aztecs, confide, radioactive, uncharted o X-rays.

This was a gift for my grandaughter!! Not sure if theyve looked at it yet!!

Great book my daughter will love it and a beautiful way to show her some amazing women. I was concerned by the cover that it would be more of a picture book for younger kids but it has plenty of content while still keeping it fun and will be perfect for my 8 year old. Also postage was super quick item arrived well ahead of schedule.
