Besides aloe vera, it contains a blend of natural ingredients including tea tree essential oil, peppermint oil, and menthol. Found this on the Web.

Q: How long did it take to see results from gum issues?

I would say after two weeks of use. Aloe Vera is like the ultimate supplement for teeth and gum issues so you should see a significant difference.

Q: Is the mouthwash antiseptic?

Yes, Aloe Vera naturally has antibacterial qualities, it's not commonly used for general purpose anymore due to better (more specific options) like alcohol, peroxide, etc but it is antibacterial to a degree. Clinical trials (including a random double blind study) have show it's effectiveness as an antibacterial for oral care equally as effective compared to chlorhexidine. Chlorhexidine is considered the gold standard antiseptic for oral care, however it's prescription only, It's considered not super safe for long term use. I will add while Aloe Vera is effective in the clinical trails it was used at either 80% concentration or 100%.
