V-Guard Sprinhot 15 Litre Water Heater (Ivory)

Very good product and it's serving the purpose. Using for the last one and half year and so far no issues. I have connected this water heater with 3 bathrooms..for which I have done the plumbing work accordingly. I fixed the geyser in top of the one bathroom . So I am managing hot water in all the 3 bathrooms by installing one geyser. Sofar no issues noticed. Happy with the product.. It's very easy to install. Power consumption also very less. If you choose the medium temperature level in the regulator, then you will get required hot water in 5 to 7 minutes.

Firstly, I purchased this water heater for 7074/- which is a fair deal for a capacity of 15L. V-Guard is a very old brand and has good reputation. My advise is to check the authorised service center's around you before making the purchase as it would be a problem after the sale. Also check the manufacturing date because older stock might not perform well. Mine was manufactured in June 2017 and purchased in July 2017. Before discussing about the actual performance and the heating time there is a thing to note. The predecessor was directly heated while the successor has come with a temperature regulator knob and can control the amount of heat one needs. Low, medium and high. Recommended to adjust to middle so as to reduce the power consumption and in order to moderate the performance. The water gets heated up in 5 mins and it directly depends upon whether the water is extremely cold or normal. But for the whole 15L of water it takes quite a bit of time say like 15 mins ore more. There is a main switch which indicates the power(red colour), a heating switch(green colour) indicating the heating in process. Auto cut-off switch is provided to cut the power flow when fully heated and thereafter saving the power. Despite the installation is easy its recommended to be installed by a skilled person. Any leakage in the water pipes make lead to short circuit. Wall support plate with bolts are provided but the pipes need to be purchased separately. There are some other brands but make sure that's a five star rated. Generally they need low maintenance.On top of all V-Guard is the best. Hope this helps.

I like the product it's working nicely and heats quickly with good efficiency

Using spring hot model 15 ltrs for last 15 years. No service till now. A desi product you can depend on.

Really satisfied by this product but my only concern is the After Sales Service by the v Guard is pathetic. It will give a real shock and headache when you have to counter their service guys. Service time is very slow and they will charge you for product without any guarantee that if it will work or not. They do what they want to and will not hear what you need. Go for other brands ,

Initially got kind of used item,later replaced got a better one, installation was done by vgaurd only, water heatness kind offf depend on the climate where you say.. for us it would take 10 to 15 mins for the water to get heat.. which I'm not happy with..over all the product is okayish
