No, I don't smell any fragrance or scent. I have bad allergies, so my dermatologist recommended this. I use it every day, and I really like it. It hasn't ever caused an allergic reaction, so the fragrance is definitely not there. I hope that helps.

Do i have to rinse it with water ?!

I use it on my body as a lotion, but do not rinse it off. It works great. Sometimes I will mix one of my body lotion with the oil and it works even better. This winter so far I have not had dry legs and arms.
