Only 2 8-pin pcie is connected to the 12vhpwr connector. since an 8-pin pcie is only rated for 150w, how then can it deliver 600w as advertised?

Indeed, 150W is the upper limit for output according to PCIe standards. However, the power supply manufacturers themselves have been able to double their power output by more than 300 W for a few years now, and I hear the Corsair is around 374W (over 400W at its instantaneous=spike peak). This means that if you have 2 PCIe power supply connectors, 600 W output is more than enough.

Tried buying directly from corsair, but they can't ship to my address. will this work with the rm850x (2021) and the 4070 ti?

Is this compatible with a antec psu (hcg 1000) ? it seems like the pinouts match?

Does this work with a rm1000x and a tuf 4080?

Yes this will work I had my 12vwpr cable plugged into my rm850 and I also have a TUF 4080
