Creative Co-Op Brie Bakers with Lids & Wood Spreaders (Set of 2 Colors)

Several years ago, I got a friend a Brie baker for Christmas. She loved it so much I had to get one for myself, but decided to get a two pack so I can give one to my daughter. These come well packaged in Styrofoam, but they are packaged together so if giving as a gift, each one does not have it’s own box. One is a pretty light sage green and the other is a soft white color, both beautiful. The overall dimensions of the Baker including the handles and lid is 9 inches wide by about 3 3/4 inches tall. The inside dimensions of the Baker fits a piece of brie 6 inches in diameter by 2 inches tall, however, the bowl narrows, so the bottom of the dish only measures 5 1/2 inches wide. The larger 18 oz Presidents Brie from Costco really does not fit in this brie baker, unless you cut some off to fit. Each brie baker comes with a bamboo spreader attached on a piece of twine. This must be removed to put the baker in the oven. There are no directions attached to the baker, but each baker is 100% stoneware, which is safe for the microwave, oven and the dishwasher. These are a wonderful way to heat up the brie and keep the brie contained within the circular shape. When using the smaller brie wheel you can add your favorite toppings before baking. If you like a lot of toppings, I suggest ordering an 8 inch round covered brie baker. This 7 inch is plenty big for the typical supermarket smaller rounds of brie. If you shop and buy the bigger Costco brie I would get a larger size baker. I would not order a baker that is smaller than 7 inches or I think you’ll be disappointed in the size. Baked brie is always a favorite and this is an easy way to heat it up.

These are great. Two for the price of the one that I bought in a local shop and they are identical. Bought as gifts though and the packaging let me down. First, I thought they were broken upon arrival because I could hear what I thought was broken pottery. Was probably just the little wooden utensil hitting the lid. While they were fine, both dishes are in the same box with styrofoam packaging. So you can’t separate them out and still have the individual bowls protected. Not a problem unless you are giving them as gifts and want them wrapped securely. Just a little frustrating.

This is a wonderfully affordable, useful, tasteful gift for any housewarming or hostess gift! Pros: price point is excellent for gifting as you receive 2, packaging is secure and sturdy to prevent chipping/breaking during shipping, beautiful neutral colors that will match any decor/style, cleans up quickly with minimal/no sticking, fits most standard size Brie wheels. Cons: tight fit for a puff pastry wrapped Brie wheel.

I use this for baking all of my brie recipes and serve right from the over in it. Cooks great + looks good. You’ll need to cut down wheel Brie from Costco, buts fit Trader Joe’s size and any half Brie wheels well.

Love the colors, sage green and versatile white. The lids say “fromage” and “Brie baker” and the little wooden servers are adorable. Cute crockery for your charcuterie board or grazing table. Also a great size for smaller quantities of veggies, mac & cheese, fruit cobblers, crème brûlée for 2, and other desserts… you will find many uses beyond brie. I absolutely love these and highly recommend!

We use it for microwave warm ups of leftovers and oven baking.

I have used it several times now and the Brie comes out perfect and when we are done using it, the clean up is easy to do, no hassle and store away just fine.

I just received these and they are beautiful. It's not even expensive. Easy to clean. Goes well with my farmhouse theme. A great housewarming gift or better yet keep it for yourself for those holiday parties. A good buy.

Was excited for this product but ended up having to return my first order because it came with a shattered handle. Second order came quickly but I was disappointed to find yet another defect on the glaze.
