Great spice for roasted vegetables. All purpose spice for chicken and any vegetable, bright and flavorful.

The spice was fine but the packaging was the problem. They threw the glass spice jar in a manilla envelope with zero protection, just the glass in the envelope laying on my concrete porch. The cap was off too. I have ordered other spices and they were wrapped in bubble wrap.

This is one of the best spices I bought. I use it to flavor my 7month old’s food as it is not spicy at all but still helps me to introduce him to different spices and flavors! Must buy!

Bought this after enjoying a dish at a favorite restauraant and learning what the spices were. I have been using this to enrich almost everything I've created at home since then---am vegetarian and make a lot of soups and stews with veggies and legumes. So far I find this enhances everything, giving a deep richness to flavors of roasted or stove top recipes. Highly recommended!

I love making dal with this. It tastes so good I could eat it everyday for days! I only need to add salt, black pepper and red chili flakes for a little kick. This spice blend definitely saves you time and money, it's worth it.
