Worked great. Perfect size. Although I did have an actual Char-Griller Grill but didn't know the model or anything, just measured it. The grill was reasonable and has held up well. Used it for many many years and the and the charcoal pan finally rusted out. Looks like it's ready to go for another 10 plus years!

5 Stars across the board! I used this in my Kingsford Charcoal grill that is about 5 years old. It pretty much fit perfect but the hangers, My old ones are in good shape so not an issue at all! So glad I can keep using my charcoal grill for many more years to come! This unit is build very well! I am sure overtime the welds may pop with the heat, but out of the box it was perfect!

My original one was almost completely burned out. I don’t know why I waited so long to replace. This one is a perfect fit in my Chargrill, handles and all. The welds look consistent and clean. Now air can actually get to my coals.

My grill is over 20 year old. Pretty much in ok shape. But the ash pan was all rusted and fell apart. My grill is about 30" wide. The majority of these on Amazon are 27", so I bought this. It's a little short. As it being sort, the side hanging handles are angled so the lid of the grill doesn't shut. I need a 28" or 29" one of these. I see some sellers sell an adjustable one, for $20 more.
