The quality of this tea is amazing. It’s very effective and helps me a lot using the toilet more regularly and with bloating. The taste is pretty good as well, I’m someone who enjoys my tea natural no added sweetness but I imagine adding a little honey or sugar might be more preferable for others who may not like the natural taste. Highly recommended.

My daughter recommended this product to me, I only write reviews if am really happy with it,now I would recommend this to anyone, I have been taking them for a few months now, you Don't have to take these every day/ night,maybe one every 2nd day ,I went on holiday for 5 days and forgot to pack them ,my tummy didn't feel to good ,took one the same night I came home, and felt so much better the next day when I went to visit the toilet, so definitely a yes from me, don't think about buying them, just go do it ,you certainly won't be disappointed ,and I don't think there to pricey either, x

Used this in America, when needed. So happy to find in the UK. A bit pricey but worth the money. Flavour tolerable, most importantly it works!

I brewed 2 bags in a large mug and covered with foil for 30 minutes. The next day I had "several movements" throughout the day.

This tea has made such a difference. I was only going once maybe every two weeks now I’m going every day. The only thing is I get a gripey belly everyday for a short time. But I’d rather that than not go. Would definitely recommend if you need help in the bathroom!
