I have very fine white hair with some areas of significant natural curl and some areas with waves. I love this product! First, it works with both types of hair to give me consistent looking curls everywhere. Second, it doesn’t turn my white hair yellow, which unfortunately happens with a lot of hair products. It smells amazing and it works great on fine hair without weighing it down. Can’t speak highly enough about Mizani products!

I love the Mizani True Textures Gel Oil! It works incredibly well for my daughter’s thick, curly hair, adding so much definition and shine to her curls. After trying countless hair gels, this is the only one that leaves her hair frizz-free and healthy-looking. It’s now a staple in our home—absolutely love it! Smells pretty good too. It does create a bit of a cast and makes her hair feel slightly hard to the touch, but it is pretty light weight at the same time and since her hair looks amazing, that’s all that matters to us.

This gel works great and lasts a really long time. I use the leave in spray and the curl enhancing lotion. Out of all those products this lasts the longest. Also, it keeps your hair looking good for 1-2 days. If you use the three together, it will last.

The Mizani gel is better than the paste it keeps My Curls bouncy

This is probably the most moisturizing gel I have ever used. My son is biracial, black and white, and his hair is very low porosity so it is so hard to find products that work in his hair that leave it moisturized. This gel is perfect for that and it does not make his hair crunchy. I also love the smell of it and how lightweight it is. The only downside is that it does not work as well as I had hoped. But I could just not be using enough or it could also be the fact that my son is 4 years old, is active and constantly rubs his head on things (blankie, couch, pillows, etc.). But overall, I would still recommend!

Gives a great shine to your curls when used with other gels. Alone it doesn't give a great hold. It interacts well with Miche Beautys’ gels. My son uses it all the time.

Recommended by my stylist and absolutely love this product. Use it in conjunction with the Mizani curl lotion. It keeps moisture in my curls and holds them all day long. Does not make the curls crunchy and heavy like many other products. Nice coconut smell. It may seem pricy but with my shoulder length hair the tube so far has lasted me four months. I'm happy with this product and would recomment.
