The shoes are difficult to release from the pedals

So far I've used them for 3 months for spin classes 3 or 4 times a week. I've had no issues. The shoe fits great. I'm very impressed with the quality of shoe. The low price was a huge win in my books.

I wear a size 12. I'm about 190 lbs. All of the straps are fully tightened and don't snug the shoe tight to my foot. The shoes are fine for casual commuting but lack adjustability unless you have monster sized feet.

Finished 500km in these so far and I'm quite happy. They are comfortable and easy to set up. After reading some other reviews, I ordered mine 1/2 size larger than I normally would and the fit is perfect.
