MUELLER 56427 Self Adjusting Knee Stabilizer, One Size, Black

My wife has has injuries to her knees over the years and about a year ago she bought one of these to wear in the gym and found that they aided her a lot. When her other knee started to give her discomfort she decided to have support for it. In my wisdom I decided that she should try a different type with ajustable straps to see if that would be better. Bad mistake. The other one proved to be too large and restricting. I returned it to amazon and bought this one again and there was happiness all round. This stabalizer provides just enough support without making you look like an out and out Jock.

Keeps me goofing!

I have two of these knee braces they are comfortable to wear and seem to be helping my knees less pain when I wear them also helps to stop the twisting of the knee the metal coil at the sides isn’t too rigid which makes it more comfortable and it’s great that they are washable

Gives full support, dimple to use

This knee brace is clearly well made and I like the fact that there is a gap at the back of the knee so that you can bend the knee easily and with full range of motion. However it gives much lighter support than I expected and the hole at the front of the knee seemed small. I think that it would be fine for an arthritic or slightly unstable knee but it didn't correct my problem of my knee cap slipping laterally when my knee is in full flexion. I shall be purchasing one with a specific knee cap 'buttress' instead. My knee has a 40cm circumference and I also found this support slightly on the large side.
