Have this humidor for about 1 month. Quality is excellent and working perfectly. I especially like the cooler system, I keep it set at 70 degrees and humidity at 70 degrees. The workmanship on this unit is fantastic. The leather wrapping outside is spot on. The shelves slide in and out with no problem and the light inside makes it very easy to see your cigars. The display makes it very easy to see the readings. You can barely hear it running because it id that quiet. Unfortunately I stepped on one of the shelves and broke it. I contacted their customer support and the following day they responded and are sending me a replacement. That is what I call great service. My friends thought I paid a$1000 dollars but after I told them it was less than 1/3 the price they were amazed. I would definitely recommend this humidor to anyone looking to upgrade

Whether or not the Velieta humidor is perfect for you, at least their customer service team is there for you in the chance something happens.* I was really drawn to this electric cigar humidor because of the huge storage capacity and the clean, furniture‑style look, and in that sense it absolutely delivers – it feels solid, takes up a real footprint, and easily handles a large collection of cigars without looking out of place in the room. Once it was set up, it did a decent job holding temperature and humidity overall, but the unit is not as quiet as the marketing suggests, and the constant low hum is noticeable enough that it can be distracting in a quieter space. The built‑in hygrometer and thermometer are also off by a few points in actual use, but that's pretty consistent with any humidor.

This was delivered packaged well. Was thinking it might just be okay but shocked as to how well made it was. Directions are a little weak but one could set it up without them. Aired it out overnight then packed it full, filled the water reservoir and turned it on! Within an hour it was at the setting I wanted. 70/65. Checked it against a ver professional grade hygrometer and was within 1 degree and humidity. Very nice. No crooked doors or quality issues. Super happy my cigars have a nice home.

It is a good size for full boxes of cigars and the water drawer seems to work well and controls humidy well. Only issue is that the reading on the humidity sensor says 67% but my internal sensors say 72% so it is not very accurate. I recommend using a calibrated internal sensor as the guide on what to set the external keypad on which may vary for everyone.

Setup was extremely easy. Humidor is holding temp and humidity. I even lowered the humidity by a few percent and it didn’t take very long to adjust. I purchased the upgraded 50L humidor and am very pleased with the finished product. It matches perfectly with my decor. I would like to know how do I go about ordering another shelf.

This Velieta 25L is pure electric humidor elegance and simplicity. I was looking for a humidor that would protect my cigars without having to worry about temperature and humidity and this humidor delivers. I have only had it for about a week but I am impressed so far. I purchased 2 independent, battery powered hygrometers to put on the shelves, and they have validated the accuracy of the Velieta's electronic readings. My only complaint, and it is a small one, the fan runs continuously to circulate airflow and it is a little louder than I was expecting, but not much. I did contact customer support, Lilly, to inquire if the fan should be running and sent a video. Lilly and her team validated that it was within "normal" range regarding the sound...Lilly was phenomenal, quick to respond with her follow up. If you are wanting a humidor that is highly functional and classy, the Velieta 25L is a no brainer!

I have temp control set as low as it will go (60 degrees) and yet the temp is over 80 degrees! I have the tray filled with water and humidity set as high as it will go (72%) and yet the humidity struggles to get to 65%! I even have several 70% Boveda packs inside! The inside bottom feels hot as well as the top inside. I have set the humidity as high as it will go. Now the level is at about 70%. Water in small drawer as well as several Boveda packs and humidification trays. I set the temp as low as it will go. Now the temp is about 65 degrees (set at 60) so, pay no mind to the readings on the door. Use a thermometer/hygrometer inside. Display is meaningless. I have bumped up the temp setting to get real temp to 69. If you set it to 70 degrees, it goes to 85! UPDATE: The humidor seems to have settled down now and is within limits. If you buy, set up to season humidor for a few days before you add cigars! Use an external thermometer/hygrometer to check accuracy of display/settings. I also added an extra humidifying tray to suppliment the water drawer.

Looks great, well packaged, easy setup, there’s a distinct new plastic odor inside the unit - I’d suggest taking the shelves out and leaving the door open for a day to breath, also get a high quality wifi hygrometer to monitor temp and humidity. Plugged in, put the shelves back in, and let it run for 24 hours to stabilize temp and humidity, the built in controls are off slightly. Got it stable at 70/70 and loaded it up from my current humidor and so far so good. The unit runs almost constantly so the 70/70 has stayed stable. The fans are quiet, can hardly hear it.
