Perfect , my energy level up , smell good and the size is perfect , super effective

This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, I’m leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I recommend them to anybody considering them. They’re very easy to use and the size is not intolerable. I liked the ingredients that they had to offer especially the KSM 66 I noticed how calm I was and as someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress, I’ve gotten a great use out of them. Great for calming energy, I do find that pairing this with magnesium has been a great deal of help for me and I sleep better.

I have only been taking Ashwaganda for a couple of weeks so the results so far are to be taken with a grain of salt. I may know better once I use up this jar within 45 days. According to the readings from my wearable devices, I seem to be getting more deep sleep than I used to before. On the other hand, after years of sleeping without any awareness of dreams, I am now having quite vivid, if also disconnected dreams. More REM sleep, perhaps? In general, I would say this is an interesting, promising product and worth trying, assuming you experience no adverse effects.

This works great

This was working great. However my blood pressure shot through the roof after a week. Dunno if it was the fact I am a smoker or it suppressed the feeling of stress but made my cortisol shoot up.

I used two bottles and I can say that it works. I sleep better when I take the supplements. I will order again for my husband. It’s easy to swallow by the way.
