Works Fast!!
This stuff works in a short time, results and feel noticed after 1 day of use. I use twice daily as well. Yes it has a bit of a slight burn but I don't mind. Just be careful not to rub cream to close to your genitalia, it will burn more. I will be investing in more of this in near future.

It Burns but seems to be doing the trick
Received mine in the mail yesterday, took a shower and applied it to my hip and buttocks area, it Burns, it feels like I'm sitting in a car that has heated seats. Going to keep using it to see if there are any results.

NO IMMED. RESULTS
IT DON'T WORK. Used it for over a week. It said immed. results. I bought 2 tubes in Oct. its now Feb. so I ordered something else to see if it'll work together. I think this is mainly for the skin or for cellulite, cause it DO burn.

Dangerous to your body!!
OK I used it twice and it burned. That may be because of the pepper they use in it. After using it twice I read the ingredients and I looked them up. Come to find out these so called natural ingredients are very harmful to the body. Some of them can lead to cancer. If you don't want butt cancer then don't use this product. I threw it in the trash.
