And I have been on a high-fat and high-protein diet and doubling with keto for a couple of years now to help improve my results in the gym. I bought this new brand of ghee to make an Indian dish and boy am I happy that I did. I put the stuff in everything including cooking my eggs and meal preps with it, putting it in my coffee and on my breads and toast. It has a mild flavor and a soft texture that is similar to coconut oil except for it has a lot of flavor. I am particularly happy that it doesn't have any salt in it so that I can add my own pink Himalayan salts and then not add any salt if I choose not to. My sweetheart has high blood pressure and so I try to cut out the salt as best as I can anyways until that works great for us. I accidentally left my jar on top of the stove one day while cooking something in the oven at a big heat and, although it melted, it re-solidified back into its normal form and was fine to use again. Having said that, the only recommendation that I would make to the company is to consider putting the ghee any glass container instead of a plastic one! I would definitely buy this brand of ghee again as well as recommended to others.

Too many of the other ghee products have a waxy, or greasy aftertaste. This ghee is so good you can spread it easily, making it ideal for toast.

I just wished you would know the expiration date on there prior to buying

I’ve tried several ghees as popcorn topping. This one had a unique aroma and taste compared to the others. I would describe it as sort of ‘toasted, browned, grain‘ or nutty aroma and flavor. Maybe the cows ate a different feed or something I don’t know. Certainly not a BAD flavor at all, but strong and unusual from my experience and not one I prefer for my uses, I like a more neutral flavor for popcorn topping. As far as ease of use, I wish the jar had a wider opening to get a spoon in easier, but no big deal.

I'm 56 and don't know what I've been thinking! Ghee has got to be the butter they serve in heaven. It's so much better tasting than any butter - it's more buttery. It's like butter on steroids! I love that this product is made in Texas USA! And super fast shipping.

This is one of the better/best ghees I have found online or in stores. Good flavor, great for popcorn and cooking with.

I have ordered ghee before, but some of them smell and taste as though they have already gone rancid. This ghee did not have that smell and it adds a wonderful flavor to anything that's cooked with it. I mostly use if on Naans or Parathas to heat in a non-stick skillet for a few minutes. I will definitely buy this brand again. It is a bit pricey, but they all are. It seems that prices are going up on everything, and I can't buy this locally, so to be able to get this at all, even at a high price, is worth it to me.

In compare with 9 oz jar it looks like almost the same, so I decided check the weight. The result is at the photo attached. It is almost a pound, but including cap and jar, means not the net weight. It is pretty costy product, so every oz matters. Tastes and smells good, no complains
