Easy to use. Recommend a 1mg scale that is accurate with an added metal tray to put contents in.
Good. Packed a level 1/8 teaspoon flat and tight and it measured to 415 mg. So due to variences in density it may be best to use a milligram scale. Must be able to display down to 1mg accurately. I keep the scale in the box to keep it in good condition. Get one with added set of weights to reset the scale once in a while. Tare the scale with the tray dish on it and then pick up the dish and pop a 1/8 teaspoon(may require a little tap) or 1/16th on it depending upon your needs. The dosage on the bag is more close to 1/32nd of a teaspoon if you prefer. Generally I find it recommended to be 300mg to 600mg range and feel the 1/8th is best for me. Trial and error. Any of those doses are well within safe range. pop it off the tray into your mouth and swallow with pop or juice. Pleasant.

Toxic toxic Toxic
This had a HORRID EXTREMELY strong smell that smelled like toxic chemicals. It was so pungent and the taste was unbearable. I’ve taken many many supplements all in powder form and some supplements naturally have a strong taste or unpleasant taste but this is different this is unnatural and in another realm. This is undoubtedly contaminated with something. I’ve had their powder benfotiamine before and it didn’t have this taste or smell. This is scary and concerning. This is obviously a sketch company and sourcing their supply from China for dirt cheap so idk what I expected. But just wanted to warn anyone buying from this company to be aware and trust your taste and smell and if something feels off, don’t take it.

I thought this would not be so inconvenient.
Sadly returning to capsules. I really love how this no-taste powder has no other ingredients/carb risk, but find it inconvenient to take, so will return to capsules. Brenfotiamine @ 600mg/day has been quickly effective at reducing my peripheral neuropathy symptoms since I added it to my supplements, but I find I am far more likely to miss taking this powder and will have to return to more expensive capsules just for the convenient security over the extended slow nerve re-growth time frame.) Losing pn pain & weakness is a huge benefit, so if you are better with powders than me, and especially if you're on Keto/fasting, it will work fantastically for you. (Other supplements are in this effective regimen, though benfotiamine alone started making a difference before I got the others recommended by The Nerve Doctors.)

Can digest food again and look younger
My health had been going down hill for 17 years. I got to the point where I couldn't digest food any longer, and had brain fog every day. Benfotiamine began to fix this after 4 months after finally putting it under my tongue. Now I take more like a gram or 2 a day. PubChem estimates toxicity at 15 grams per kilogram from mouse studies. HighDoseThiamine org uses a minimum oral dose per day of 2 grams to treat Parkinson's. That's not Benfotiamine, but I don't know if it matters. I saw one person say she takes 4 grams a day, but I don't know how much she weighs. Also check out Elliott Overton on YouTube and Marco Colangeli's video "High Dose Thiamine Therapy short" Marco Colangeli was Dr Antonio Costantini's assistant. Antonio Costantini was the doctor who figured out you can treat inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative disorders with high dose thiamine.

Great clean powder. I wanted to avoid all the additives in pills and capsules. Easy to add small amount of boiling water and follow with a sweet drink or some honey 🍯
