First, the customer service team with Keteles has been EXCELLENT in every way-sent a question upon receipt, immediatley received a note back willing to help in anyway. Then, a second issue unfortunatley the derailleur was damaged during transit, not by Keteles-the bike was packed excellently!!!-it appeared something came thru the box side. Keteles team once again responded immediatley and helpfully and I was sent a new derailleur-installed and have been riding. I live on a high hilly area in Seattle area (with steep hills too!) and this bike does the job. Went 20 miles without issue and plenty left on the battery. This thing is well built, nice comfortable ride with great shocks. Did not have an instuction booklet-Please note there is a downloadable instruction/user manual with pictures which is very helpful, also lots of youtubes that are easy to find and worth watching. For the price, a really great bike and value and once again, as a former sales manager, the Keteles customer service team was above and beyond!!!

This bike is bad to the f n bone its sick up steep mountains. It literally jumped foward as bitg tires spun when I almost stalled out on a steep mountain. This bike has the ass to get my 245lbs 6'5" butt anywhere i want to go on the very large mountain bike trail I have connected to my 53 acer farm. I love this bike its worth every penny. I turned its top speed up to about 80% of full power and it will go 38mph on flat ground. This bike is perfect for insane terrain and will go up any hill you want it too. Depending on how big you are This bike will give you the dirt bike experience on a 80lb ebike its great.

12/6/25 Update: I contacted customer service (no number, email only is available) One of the bolts that holds the pedal in place came out and the pedal fell off while riding. I contacted customer service 2 week ago and nothing, no reply not even confirmation of receipt. ⸻ This is definitely a big bike. I bought it for my 17-year-old son (5’10”) and he’s able to get on and off without any issues. The bike is solid and well-built, though on the heavier side, which adds to the stability—especially with the fat tires. The power is decent; my son has reached about 25 mph max, unless there’s another setting we haven’t figured out yet. The front fender did break within the first three weeks, but that wasn’t a big deal—my son wasn’t too concerned about it. Overall, this is a great bike for the money. It has a smooth ride, good range, and feels stable and reliable.

Took me about an hour to put this together. No instructions, but was common sense to put it all together. The bike is huge, I'm 5'10" and I feels just the right size for me. Also, if you're wondering how to turn the display from kilometers to miles per hour, you hold the + and - signs on the PAS controller on the left side of the box which takes you into options for the display. Go to page 2, this is where you can change from kilometers to miles per hour. I found this by accident trying to figure it out, have no clue what any of the other settings mean since i don't have instruction manual but at least the speed makes sense for me now. All in all great bike, wish it had manual though. I mounted rear view mirrors, and collapsible wire baskets on the sides of the rear of the bike. The seat is a little uncomfortable so I have a new wide comfort seat coming in from amazon, as well as a hard plastic storage trunk for on top of the bike rack. Delivered a week sooner than expected! Easy to assemble. Nice looking bike. Everything works as it should, in my apartment. When it warms up a bit, I'll write another review, after I take it for a spin.

Good bike

One of the best things I have bought from Amazon. Great bike. Love it. Has tons of power. I’m 6ft 220lbs and it will get to 34mph throttle only. My only complaint is battery life at full power both motors engaged you might only get 25-30miles. No concerns in pedal assist mode. And has plenty of speed. This is my first foray into e-bikes but this bike is fantastic for the price. I bought it for hunting and wanted the dual motors. If you are just commuting or riding paved roads and trails a single motor bike will likely get you a few more miles of range. This bike is capable in any terrain. You can buy better fit and finished bikes but for the money this bike is a great buy. Couldn’t be happier unless it came in camo paint scheme.
