ok let me just say this product is a perfect replacement if u broke your mirror glass and have the plastic backing from the factory u pop your backing plate with broken glass out of mirror housing clean broken glass out wipe inside of housing clean and and wipe new mirror with rubbing alcohol prep pad and apply supplied adhesive strips but here is why i give four stars instead of five u don't have enough adhesive strips to really secure mirror glass to housing i silconed my in

Was what I needed for my truck, better tha my old ones.

It’s not worth the amount of money we pay, shipping is too expensive and I’ve realized that it was shipped from Toronto, Canada. Don’t think that’s fair. Go get the mirrors from somewhere else if you really love your truck.

Installed my new mirrors They look great ,functional , Nice upgrade to my 2013 GMC Pickup. They were well packaged , came with hardware. Price was reasonable , didn't kill the bank.

2008 Silverado 1500 LTZ Pros: These mirrors arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was uneventful and went by the book. All advertised functions work as described. Cons: The lack of convex glass on the passenger side limits the potential of these mirrors. The driver side mirror is flawless but the passenger side mirror has excessive vibration. Objects can be difficult to view at times. Before purchasing I posted a question about the memory function which was NOT answered truthfully. These mirrors will NOT work with the memory function of a 2008 Silverado. I have found that setting the memory keeps the mirrors from wandering when the remote is activated but ONLY if the mirror positions have NOT been altered after memory was set. Otherwise, when the remote is activated the mirrors may scroll to their limits and require adjustments once the driver is seated. Overall, these are a nice inexpensive upgrade to the truck. I would buy again but would be very appreciative if the shaky passenger mirror were replaced.
