How to Be an Explorer of the World

This is the best concept I've come across in a while. Such a great way to actually ground anyone. As an ADHD person this has helped me a lot plus is a great source of creative inspiration

It's a great way to interact with your surroundings. Really good for kids who love to observe. Or it can help them learn to perceive, express and connect better.

I think it is very useful to those who loves to document and explore.

Interesting book for older kids....Wish the book had a little more color inside

Fabulous book. It gives you imaginative ways to think about your environment and create! "Everybody can be an artist"

The book seems a little too intense on the activities, especially for people who have a strict daily schedule. It's good to do over summers, i guess. Seems fun but i just never got around finishing it, unlike her other books which were comparatively easier. :)

You know what I love about this book? The fact that it reinforces my belief that there's a pace for everyone in this world, even if you happen to be someone who likes making art from found objects which some might think rubbish (the objects and the art they are used to create). I love Keri Smith for her authenticity and for seeing beauty in the mundane. In this book there are loads of mini projects to stimulate your thinking. Perfect for those of us who live in an urban environment.

Livro que estimula os jovens a descobrirem o mundo, através de práticas de observação, anotação/documentação, construção, etc. Necessário conhecimento mínimo em inglês para acompanhar as tarefas propostas.
